Bu çalışmada, ilk olarak 4-(kloroasetil)bifenil, kloroasetil klorür ve bifenilin, alüminyum klorür katalizörlüğünde, Friedel-Crafts açilleme reaksiyonuna göre hazırlandı. Kuru HCl gazı varlığında, 4-(kloroasetil)bifenil ile alkil nitritin reaksiyonuyla 4-bifenilhidroksimoil klorür elde edilmiştir. İki dişli oksim ligandı [4-(4-bromofenilaminoisonitrosoasetil)bifenil] (HL), 4-bifenilhidroksimoil klorür ve 4-bromanilinin kondenzasyon reaksiyonu ile sentezlendi. Bu Schiff bazı ile L-fenilalanin, L-tirozin, L-sistein amino asitleri ve metal(II) (M: Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+) asetat tuzları reaksiyona sokularak [M(L)(phe).2H2O], [M(L)(tyr).2H2O], [M(L)(sys).2H2O] kompleksleri elde edildi. Sentezlenen komplekslerin yapıları elementel analiz, ICP-MS, FT-IR, termal analiz, molar iletkenlik ve manyetik susseptibilite ölçümleri ile aydınlatılmıştır. Ayrıca [4-(4-Bromofenilaminoisonitrosoasetil)bifenil] 1H NMR ile de karakterize edilmiştir.
In this study, firstly, 4-(chloroacetyl)biphenyl was prepared from the reaction of chloroacetyl chloride with biphenyl in the presence of aluminium chloride according to Friedel-Crafts acylation. 4-Biphenylhydroximoyl chloride was obtained by reacting 4-(chloroacetyl)biphenyl with alkyl nitrite in the presence of dry HCl gas. Didentate oxime ligand [4-(4-bromophenylaminoisonitrosoacetil)biphenyl] (HL) was synthesized by condensation reaction between 4-biphenylhydroximoyl and 4-bromoaniline. [M(L)(phe)2.H2O], [M(L)(tyr).2H2O], [M(L)(sys).2H2O] were sythesized with this Schiff base ligand and amino acids of L-phenylalanine, L-tyrosine, L-cystine and metal(II) (M: Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+) acetate salts. Structures of complexes synthesized were identified with elemental analysis, ICP-MS, FT-IR, thermal analysis, molar conductuvity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. [4-(4-Bromophenylaminoisonitrosoacetil)biphenyl] was further characterized by 1H NMR.
