Gnaphosidae familyasına ait bazı örümcek türleri üzerinde sitogenetik araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu çalıĢmada NevĢehir ili ve çevresinden toplanan Gnaphosidae familyasına ait bazı örümcek türleri sitogenetik olarak incelendi. Arazi çalıĢmalarında Gnaphosidae familyasına ait üç tür elde edildi; Drassodes lacertosus (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1872), Drassodes serratichelis (Roewer, 1928) ve Drassodes bifidus Kovblyuk ve Seyyar, 2009. Kromozom preparatlarının hazırlanması Pekâr ve Krâl (2001) yöntemine göre gerçekleĢtirildi. Her taksona ait karyotip, diploid kromozom sayısı, eĢey kromozom sistemi ve mayoz bölünme özellikleri tespit edildi. ÇalıĢma sonucunda üç türün kromozom sayısının 2n♂=22, eĢey kromozom sisteminin X1X20 ve kromozom morfolojisinin telosentrik tipte olduğu belirlendi. Bu çalıĢma ile D. lacertosus, D. serratichelis ve D. bifidus sitogenetik açıdan ilk kez incelendi.

In this study, some spider species belonging to Gnaphosidae family collected from Nevsehir province and its vicinity were examined cytogenetically. Three species belonging to Gnaphosidae family were obtained in field studies; Drassodes lacertosus (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1872), Drassodes serratichelis (Roewer, 1928) and Drassodes bifidus Kovblyuk ve Seyyar, 2009. Preparation of chromosome preparations was performed according to the method of Pekâr and Krâl (2001). Each taxon’s karyotype, diploid chromosome system and meiosis characteristics were determined. As a result of the study, it was determined that the number of three chromosome X1X20 and that of chromosome morphology was telocentric. In this study, D. lacertosus, D. serratichelis and D. bifidus were examined for the first time in terms of cytogenetics.
