dc.description.abstract	The aim of this study is to analyse relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behaviour in hotel businesses. According to results of correlation analysis a positive relationship between perceived organizational support and conscientiousness and civic virtue, subdimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, was determined while no significant relationship were found between perceived organizational support and other three variables such as alturism, courtesy and sportsmanship.	tr_TR
