Ceyhan Nehri Trichoptera faunası

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Ceyhan Havzası Trichoptera faunasının belirlenmesi amacıyla, Kasım 2014-Ağustos 2015 tarihleri arasında 22 istasyondan mevsimsel olarak örnekleme yapılmıştır. Trichoptera larvalarına ait örnekler ayıklanmış ve sayılmıştır. Çalışma süresince Trichoptera takımına ait 323 birey incelenerek tür düzeyinde teşhisleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Ceyhan Havzasında 8 familyaya ait 14 takson belirlenmiştir. Çalışma alanında en yüksek çeşitliliğine 5 tür ile 21 nolu istasyonda ve 4 tür ile 19 nolu istasyonda rastlanmıştır. Çalışma süresince 10 istasyonda Trichoptera takımına ait hiçbir türe rastlanmamıştır. En baskın türün % 28,48 ile Agapetus sp. olduğu ve en az gözlemlenen türün % 0,31 ile Psychomyia pusilla olduğu belirlenmiştir.

In this study determination and distribution of Trichoptera fauna of Ceyhan River Basin was investigated between Kasım 2014 and August 2015. During the study Trichoptera larvae samples were collected seasonally from determined 22 stations. During this study 323 individuals were collected and diagnosed to species level. As a result of this study 14 taxa were identified belonging to 8 Trichoptera familia. In study area, the highest diversity was reported at station 22 (5 taxa) followed by station 19 (5 taxa). According to Trichoptera larvae, Agapetus sp. (28.48 %) is dominant taxa and Psychomyia pusilla (0.31 %) is the lowest taxa.
