H. 1324-1325 (M. 1906-1907) tarihli Develi Şer'iyye Sicili: Metin çevirisi ve değerlendirme

Abstract

Çalışma konumuz H.1324 -1325 / M.1906 -1907 yıllarına ait olan ve Milli Kütüphane kayıtlarında 30 Numaralı Nevşehir Şer`iyye Sicili şeklinde geçen defterdir. Söz konusu sicilin metin çevirisi ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Tezimizin Milli Kütüphane kayıtlarındaki adı 30 Numaralı Nevşehir Şer`iyye Sicili olmasına rağmen, tezimizde geçen hükümlerin hepsi Kayseri?ye bağlı Develi ilçesinin mahalle, kasaba ve köylerinde geçmektedir. Dolaysıyla sicildeki hükümlerin aslında Develi?ye ait olduğu görülmüştür. Bu tasnif yanlışlığının tesbiti ile birlikte, 30 Numaralı Nevşehir Şer`iyye Sicili genel olarak Develi Şer`iyye Sicilleri içerisinde değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Defterde yer alan belgelerden Develi?nin kapsadığı yerleşim yerleri, ekonomik ve ticari faaliyetleri, görevlileri, toplumsal yapısı ile ilgili değişik konularda bilgilere ulaşılmaktadır. Milli Kütüphane?de Develi?ye ait 49 adet Şer`iyye Sicili bulunmakatadır. 30 Numaralı Şer`iyye Sicilini de dahil edersek 50 adet şer`iyye sicili olması gerekir. 30 Numaralı Şer`iyye Sicili, 84 hüküm ve 95 sayfadan oluşmaktadır. 84 hükmün bir tanesi hariç geri kalan hükümlerin hepsi vekâletnâmedir. Sicile bağlı olarak çalışılan ve diğer telif eserlerden istifade edilerek vücuda getirilen bu tez, Develi sosyo - kültürel ve iktisâdi tarihi hakkında faydalınalacak kaynak eser niteliği mahiyetindedir. The theme of our study is the 30 Number Nevşehir Court Registers belong to the province of Nevşehir for the years H.1324-1325/ M.1906-1907 at national Library records. Transcription and general evaluation of that court registers were done. Although the name of national Library records is 30 Number Court Registers belong to the province of Nevşehir, all the provisions of thesis are at Develi district of Kayseri and its streets, town and villages. Hence provisions of the registry were seen actually belong to Develi.With fixing of this wrong classification, it was tried to evaluate this register into the court registers of Develi. Thanks to this court registers, reached information on different topics; such as settlements of Develi, economic and commercial activities, employees, social structure.There are 49 court registers that belong to Develi at National Library. It should be 50 court registers if we add the 30 Number Court Registers. There are 84 provisions and 95 pages at the 30 Number Court Registers. Except for a provision of 84 ones, all the rest of provisions are proxy. This thesis that created by working with registry and the other copyrighted works is considered as a reference book about Develi?s social-cultural and economic history.
