Psikolojik dayanıklık ve psikolojik iyi olma ilişkisinde iyimserliğin aracılık rolü: hastane çalışanları üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada pozitif psikolojik sermayenin bileşenleri olan, psikolojik dayanıklılık, psikolojik iyi olma ve iyimserlik ilişkisinin hastane çalışanları üzerinde etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi Ankara İli Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde çalışan, doktor, hemşire, tekniker/teknisyen, laborant, hasta bakıcı ve diğer (sekreter, güvenlik görevlisi, yemekhane personeli, fizyoterapist, diyetisyen) katılmıştır. Hastane bünyesinde toplam 2580 çalışan bulunmaktadır. Çalışmaya 515 kişi dahil olmuştur. Bu verilerin analizinde uygun istatistiksel yöntemler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler, anket yöntemi yardımı ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre çalışanların psikolojik dayanıklılık düzeylerinin ortalamanın üzerinde, psikolojik iyi olma seviyelerinin kısmen yüksek, iyimserlik yönünden ise orta derecede bir iyimserliğe sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların psikoljik dayanıklılığının psikoljik iyi olma düzeylerini pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediği, iyimserliğin ise bu ilişkide kısmi aracı değişken rolünü oynadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The impact of the relation of psychological resistance , psychological wellness and the optimism, which are the positive components of psychological capital, on hospital employees is investigated in this study. Doctors, nurses, technicians, laboratory assistants and others (secretaries, security guards, food handlers, physical therapists, dieticians) who are the employees of Ankara Diskapi Yildirim Beyazit Education and Investigation Hospital, participated to this sample. There are 2580 total employees in the hospital constitution. 515 of them participated to the research. Statistical package programme is used in order to analyze the data. The data is collected with the help of questionnaires. According to the results of the research it is confirmed that the level of psychological resilience of employees is above the average, the level of psychological wellness of employees is partly high, and the level of optimism of employees is normal. Besides, it is concluded that the psychological resistance of employees affected psychological wellness of them positively and meaningfully, and the optimism played the partly mediator variable role in this relation.
